Servant Leadership Development

At Firewall Ministries we take seriously our role as mentors to all the students that we serve. With this in mind, we seek to develop the leadership potential inherent in the life of every student.

Some of the systems that we have developed to accomplish this goal are:

Fully integrated curriculum that empowers students to handle real life situations
Point-based reward system teaches personal responsibility and to delay gratification
Daily service responsibilities teach students the importance of giving back and provides them with ownership of their center
